Don’t Take Our Word For It

  • "I hesitated at the price. But once I realized I was tasting bottles that go for ₱15,000 elsewhere, it paid for itself in the first hour. We stayed until they turned the lights off."

Isabella M. Wine & Sake Appreciator
  • "Most Manila events are just the same faces. This was different. Actually talking to Japanese brewers while they poured their best stuff was a masterclass. If you're in F&B, you can't miss this."

    Francis J. Restauranteur
  • "I expected a stiff, formal tasting. It wasn’t. The energy when the Taiko drums started and the tuna parade began was electric. It’s a massive party with the best drinks in the city."

    Mark D. F&B Director
  • "Everything felt legit. No cheap shortcuts. From the glassware to the way the sake was temperature-controlled, you could tell they actually care. The crowd was sophisticated but there to have fun."
